Freediving is one of the most fascinating sports that not only enhances our body awareness, but has an immense impact on our well-being. Each dive is a small journey into our own spirit, into our center. We connect with the element of water, let ourselves be inspired and gifted with the feeling of weightlessness and contentment.
You want to learn freediving or improve your skills?
Then come with us on our freediving safari to the wonderful reefs of Fury Shoals. Be enchanted by the coral gardens, colorful reef blocks and canyons, dolphins, turtles, dugongs and other inhabitants of the unique underwater world. Exploring shipwrecks is also on the agenda. Without scuba equipment we can enjoy the underwater world weightlessly and silently, relax deeply, improve our freediving skills, eat healthy and delicious food and give our body a real freshness kick, and in all this we will have a lot of fun!
The freediving safari is accompanied by the experienced instructor couple Michael Blüthner and Claudia Rebelein. They both share a deep passion for freediving and will give you lots of impulses to explore, enjoy and sometimes challenge yourself a bit.
The attentive and great crew of the Red Sea One will pamper you and do their part to make this week a very special experience.
Courses are possible according standards of AIDA * – *** and SSI up to level 3 (Freediver, Advanced Freediver, Performance Freediver).
For even more comfort on the ship, we take a maximum of 20 participants!

Yoga / Stretching / Breathing exercises

Training at the rope (max. 50m)

Snorkeling at the reef
Lectures and Workshops (Equalization techniques, Mouthfill)
